Arleigh Coons

Long Term Property Manager

Arleigh Coons has rejoined the Village Properties team after having been the Long Term Property Manager for over 20 years.  Stepping back into the position after a three and a half year hiatus where she spent time in the Seattle area with her husband,  Arleigh is excited to return to her career in property management of which her past experience includes previous President of the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association and Regional Delegate of the Oregon Rental Owners Association.  Arleigh has a special talent for tenant landlord law and how it is applied in rental agreements, providing special insight for both property owners and tenants.

Arleigh and her husband who married in the summer of 2020 are enjoying their first home together in beautiful Central Oregon and are relishing the return to past friends, family and the lifestyle unique to the high desert.  During off hours her passion for writing, cookie decorating , star gazing and taking long walks are always first on the list of activities she enjoys with her family which includes 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Lisa Carpenter

Leasing Assistant

Lisa joined Village Properties at Sunriver in the fall of 2022. She moved to Central Oregon in 2016 with her husband and son to enjoy a life of adventure & nature.

In her free time, Lisa and her family enjoy snowboarding, motorcycle riding, camping, and lake life. Nature is her way of reconnecting. She also enjoys heading back home to spend time with her 2 adult daughters and 3 grandkids. Her family is her greatest joy!

After many years away from property management, she is looking forward to growing and expanding her knowledge with a team of amazing people.

Paul Shonka

Long Term Rentals Accountant

Meet Paul, an outdoor adventurer who traded the lush greenery of the Willamette Valley for the sunny paradise of Bend/Sunriver in 2000. With a perpetual smile and an appetite for adventure, Paul has fully embraced the boundless recreational opportunities that Central Oregon has to offer. You’ll often find him on the hiking trails or pedaling his way through winding paths in the warmer months. In winter, he’s a snow enthusiast, carving his way down the slopes of our local snow parks. If you don’t see him at the snowy peaks, you’ll likely find Paul enjoying a day on the water at one of our local rivers and lakes.

Paul’s built a life surrounded by family and fun in Central Oregon. He truly believes it to be a wonderful place to settle down and enjoy the great views, weather, and opportunities the area offers!
